Current processing times for order placed after December 27th are 9 - 14 business days (possibly sooner depending on the size of your order)*
Orders placed after December 14th will not arrive before January 8th.*

once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.
first class - delivered within the US in 3-5 business days.
2-3 day: delivered within 2-3 business days.
1 day: delivered within 1 business day.
Based on holiday and COVID-19 related carrier delays, these are rough estimates. Rest assured, we are working hard to make sure your orders are fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping is all handled by our carriers, we do not get in a truck and physically deliver your items, therefore we have no say or control over how quickly they may get to you during a high volume season. Once your items have shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume as well.
Please note expedited shipping orders (2-3 day and overnight shipping orders) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe under the section "ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING" above still applies to your order.
We will not refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned re: expedited shipping.

ALL Black Friday sales are final.
Expedited shipping does not, and did not affect processing times during Black Friday. We will not refund shipping costs during the months of November or December.

We ship internationally. We charge $15. It usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive once your order has been processed and shipped.
ALL fees incurred due to taxes + customs fees are due by the customer.
L O S T / S T O L E N P A C K A G E S
once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
if your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. Please contact email@example.com and we will assist you in replacing your order.
