WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?

Our customer service hours are M-F, 10am - 3pm, PDT. 

Have a question for us? Our customer service team will reach out to you within 72 hours (not including weekends), during our customer service times above.  

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

After your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours (not including weekends). Changes requested outside of 24 hours cannot be made as your order is already in the hands of our production team.

Please contact our customer service team to make a change or cancellation. 

 

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY?

 ALL orders placed during our Black Friday are FINAL - this applies to all orders placed between Nov. 19th - Nov. 23rd, 2020. 

Due to current rising COVID-19 cases in our area, will we not be processing returns or exchanges until further notice. Please check back often to see if this status has changed, and thank you for you understanding in our efforts to keep both our team, and our customers, safe. 

 

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

Mint Jewelry Co. chains are ensured with a 45 day warranty. If your piece has broken outside of our warranty period, we charge a flat-rate repair fee of $20 per-piece (includes shipping).

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?

all fine metals tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth.

 

WILL MY FINGER TURN GREEN?

This all depends on your personal chemistry. We use 14kt Gold Fill, Sterling Silver, and 14kt Rose Gold Fill. These are all high quality metals that will not cause irritation unless you have an existing metal allergy to those specific metals. you may want to try changing up your skincare routine in order to remedy any reactions your personal chemistry may have. 

 

WHAT IF I LOST ONE EARRING?

Contact us right away if you lose an earring. We can create a half order for you. You will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings. 

 

WHAT IF MY STONES DON’T MATCH THE MARKETING PHOTO? 

 

Nothing we deliver to you is mass produced. We hand-make your piece to order, selecting stones, texturing metals, wire-wrapping, and stamping - all by the hands of our small and talented production team. It can be a meticulous process, but what you end up with is the exact design from our product page - with stones and texture that literally no-one else has.

We think that’s pretty cool - and it’s what makes the piece you’ll receive one that - while it can be replaced or exchanged if needed - is quite literally, irreplaceable.
