Right now, we are in our highest volume time of the entire year. This means everyone on our team is working overtime. If you email our customer service team with question is not answered below or on our shipping page (please see our current order processing times there as well), someone will reach out to you within 72 hours (not including weekends), during our customer service hours. 

Our customer service hours are M-F, 10am - 3pm, PDT.

after your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service team to make a change or cancellation.

Mint Jewelry Co. chains are ensured with a 45 day warranty, however we will be unable to process repairs during the month of December due to high volume. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a repair starting in January 2021.

all fine metals tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth.

We use AAA quality gemstones and crystals. All stones are natural entities and no two are identical. We handpick our stones as we wrap them and match them as precisely as possible.

 

W I L L  T H E  M E T A L  T U R N  M Y  F I N G E R  G R E E N ?

This all depends on your personal chemistry. We use 14kt Gold Fill, Sterling Silver, and 14kt Rose Gold Fill. These are all high quality metals that will not cause irritation unless you have an existing metal allergy to those specific metals. you may want to try changing up your skincare routine in order to remedy any reactions your personal chemistry may have. 

 

W H A T  I F  I  L O S E  O N E  E A R R I N G ? 

Contact us right away if you lose an earring. We can create a half order for you. You will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings.
