we use 14kt gold filled and .925 sterling silver.
Gold filled metal is a high quality alternative to pure gold. It is fused to a base metal, and is 100x thicker than a gold plating. If stored and cared for properly, it is a durable + economical metal that can last a lifetime!
No. Our metals are nickel free.
If cared for properly sterling silver + 14kt gold fill can last for a lifetime.
Our metals are approved for elements like perspiration & salt water. When exposed to these and other elements however, take care to rinse or lightly clean using a very soft rag + mild soapy water.
Dry pieces off completely + clean with a standard jewelry polishing cloth. like this one.
It's important to store pieces in a dry, airtight place. Storing openly in a humid environment (i.e. bathroom) is your jewelry's Enemy Number One.
14kt Gold Fill + Sterling Silver are high quality metals that do not commonly cause irritation or discoloration on most individuals. Unless of course, if you personally have an existing allergy to these specific metals.
PROCESSING + SHIPPING
After your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
Changes requested outside of 24 hours cannot be made as your order is already in the hands of our production team.

Due to the handmade nature of each + every piece of jewelry we require 7-14 business days to create your order before it ships.
During sales + holidays please expect this to vary depending on how inundated we are with orders.
we understand sometimes you need your order ASAP. if so, our RUSH FEE is $50. if you'd like to rush your order, please contact us.
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info.
Once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering/refunding you for the lost package.
We ship through USPS.
We ship internationally through USPS. Our international shipping charge is $15. Orders typically arrive 1-3 weeks after your order has been processed,however during sales and holidays, turnaround time will be longer. And please check with the international carrier at the time of your purchase to see their current shipping times.ALL fees incurred due to taxes + customs fees are due by the customer.
REPAIRS + EXCHANGES
we will accept returns of non-custom items (hand-stamped etc.) within 14 business days of when you've received your items. Once we've received + processed your returned items that are in original resale condition, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchased price. Contact us to initiate a return.
We do not issue cash or credit refunds, store credit only!
exchanges for non-custom items (no personalized hand-stamped pieces) can be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Your items must be in original resale condition. Contact us to start an exchange.
Yes!
Our chains are ensured with a 45 day warranty. If your piece has broken outside of our warranty period, we charge a flat-rate repair fee of $20 per piece (includes shipping).
Due to current order volume, your repair may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to process.
